It's great to meet you! I'm Lynn Shen (申琳 Shēn Lín), and in Chinese, my name sounds like 'forest' 🌲.
I’m a UX/UI Designer with a strong foundation in graphic design (BFA, Pratt Institute) and advanced training in user research & human-centered design (MS, University of Michigan). My recent work spans AI-driven products, conversational interfaces, and enterprise SaaS, where I translate complex requirements into intuitive, engaging user experiences.
With a creative background across graphic design, industrial design, animation, and illustration, I bring a unique multidisciplinary perspective to problem-solving. My goal is to craft designs that simplify user journeys and empower people to achieve their goals with clarity and delight.
